Career information:
– Emmanuel is an Operations Technician Foreman for Desert Water Agency.

– He served 4 years in the US Marine Corps

– There are two types of professional certification:
1) Drinking water operators – Treatment Certification (T)
2) Drinking water distribution – Distribution Certification (D)

The certification exams are offered by the State Water Board.
